These four women have been getting credit for bringing women better sex lives, better shoes, better friendships, better careers and better cup cakes. They are the ultimate fashionista’s. But there is one area where these modern SATC ladies have been lousy trendsetters and far from role models. They are dinosauers when it comes to technology! My question here is- if she is so cutting edge why does Carrie not carry gadgets? Is it really not possible to be a fashionista and elektronista at the same time?

Google can be pretty annoying.

You know how you hate it when someone else continually finishes your sentence for you? Well first it may come across as an endearing gesture of someone who knows you well, but after a while it just crosses the line to being obnoxious and presumptuous—just let ME speak, dammit! If we make no excuses for our closest friends, why are we not doing the same for the technology we use?

We never know where they are, when we need them. And even if we do find them, most manuals are written by engineers who apparently think they are writing to engineers. But why? Most of us are just normal people with a very average understanding of how technology works. This does not make us stupid. We just want to concentrate on the stuff we are really good at, and use technology as helpful tools and fun playmates in our lives.
