Effie is only two years old. But she has been obsessed with mobile phones since she was a few months old. Lately when making calls I have had to deal with an (upset?) iPhone dialing numbers, going on mute, jumping on speaker og turning off during my conversation. Is he jealous that I am talking to someone else or what is the real reason this phone is acting like a diva? Is my good iPhone4 relationship in danger?

On my recent trip to Tokyo I sat next to a japanese business man in a bar. Having both our mobile phones in front of us on the bar, I could not help noticing, that his looked a lot like my iPhone, but it was smaller. Was this a never before seen iPhone Nano? Could I be experiencing another “New iPhone found in a bar” moment?

Many of us like the offline space in the sky when we catch a plane and go on holidays. No phone calls, no emails- just time to lean back with a good book or even a movie on the inflight entertainment system. But for frequent business travellers the offline time is waisted time and money. Imagine taking a long haul flight a few times a month for a work project. Wouldn’t it be kind of nice to be able to prepare your meetings on the plane and maybe do the final arrangements online?
